BeatMaster Lab: Make Music With AI

  • Beginner
  • Live & Virtual
  • Always Free

The music side of Kuumba Code. Students learn to make real music with AI tools like Suno — turning an idea in your head into a finished track you can play for someone — and then learn what to do with it. A beat can become a business; a song can become a product.

Your Instructors

Two sides of the same room. GLG is a working artist who makes music the human way. Styner makes music with AI. Students learn from both, because the future of music is going to need people who understand each.

Sergio Valentin — GLG

Creative Technology Mentor & BeatMaster Artist

Sergio Valentin, known professionally as GLG, represents the creative side of Kuumba Code and BeatMaster: music, digital production, storytelling, and the power of technology to turn raw talent into real opportunity. Through GLG’s example, students see that technology isn’t only for building apps — it can produce beats, organize a music catalog, prepare releases, protect creative work, and build a professional brand.

A beat can become a business; a song can become a product. GLG shows students they don’t have to choose between being creative and being technical — they can be both.

Styner Stiner — GunSmoke Beats

Founder & AI Music Instructor

Where GLG brings the artistry, Styner brings the AI. Founder and lead instructor of Kuumba Code, Styner makes music with AI under the name GunSmoke Beats, and teaches students to do the same — working with platforms like Suno to get from an idea in your head to a finished track, without needing a studio, a label, or years of training first.

The point is not to replace musicianship. It is that a student with something to say can now hear it back, share it, and build on it the same week they thought of it. That is the door Kuumba Code exists to open — and in music, AI is what opens it fastest.

Apply to BeatMaster Lab

Music applications come straight to us by email, so we can hear what you want to make before we place you. Free, like everything at Kuumba Code.

You do not need to have made music before. Most of our students never have. If you already make things, there is room to share them — and if you are starting from zero, that is exactly who this is for.
